Pitnacree is a gracious mansion house in Strathtay, Perthshire, 4 miles west of the A9 at Ballinluig and 7 miles east of Aberfeldy (shops, hotels, swimming-pool, etc.). Beautifully and peacefully situated on a hillside overlooking the River Tay and its valley, it offers its self-contained East Wing looking out onto one of the manicured lawns (garden furniture) as a holiday accommodation for those who like to have a bit more space and would enjoy a taste of country-house living.

Furnished in the style of 'the big house', with the freedom of most of the grounds of the Estate, it includes (by arrangement) the free use of the tennis court; and (at cost) salmon-fishing for one rod on the River Tay, at the foot of the drive.The tiny village of Strathtay has a general store; there is a plethora of hotel/restaurants, golf-courses, lovely walks, in the area - and Pitlochry, a busy tourist town with a Festival Theatre and all facilities, is only 8 miles. Pitnacree's central location 25 miles north of Perth offers a host of touring possibilities.

Heating, bed-linen and constant hot water are included. Towels can be hired. Electricity is by meter reading. We regret pets are not accepted and no smoking is allowed within the house.

Downstairs:

• Sitting-room with TV/VCR.
• Kitchen/Dining room with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
• WC and basin.

Upstairs:

• Twin-bed room.
• Twin-bed room.
• Balconied landing with two single (6'x2'6") beds for children.
• Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

* Please, no smoking in the bed-rooms.
