This apartment is a new conversion of part of the lower ground floor of Ray Simpson's Victorian family home (behind the beech tree in the photograph, right) in Hermitage, a quiet residential area, with free parking and easy access by bus (2 minutes walk) to Edinburgh city centre.
It has its own entrance and is completely self-contained. Available for self-catering rental, it has one bedroom and would make an ideal base for a couple visiting Edinburgh.
Morningside, with a variety of shops, cafés, pubs and eating places, is a 5 minute walk away. It is also near Kings Buildings (of the University of Edinburgh), Napier University, and there are 8 golf courses within a 5 minute drive!
