Hamiltons

Sleeps 2-3, Ground Level

Large open-plan living room, with sofa bed and dining area
Kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer.
Large bedroom with double or twin beds. Beds link together, please state preference.

Single Tree Cottage

Sleeps 4, Ground Level

Large living room with attractive original stone internal walls
Dining area; kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, washer dryer.
Two single bedrooms, one only suitable for wheelchair user;
large double or twin bedded room (see Hamiltons).
Ensuite bathroom and extra cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Optional overhead electric hoist from large bedroom to bathroom.

Howlands

Sleeps 3-4, Ground Level

Hallway leading to large living room with one original old stone wall
Dining area.
Kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer.
Twin-bedded room and one large single room; this can be twin bedded if required, but will then be unsuitable for wheelchair user.

Langrig

Sleeps 6

Sunroom/porch leading to living room with dining area
Kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge.
Large double or twin-bedded room, see Hamiltons above, with en suite wheel-in shower room, wash basin and WC.
Optional overhead electric hoist from bedroom to shower.
Upstairs: 2 Twin bedded rooms and part pine panelled bathroom, wash basin and WC.

The entrance to The Croft is the porch on the left, and the entrance to The Granary is the door on the right. The Granary is upstairs.

The Eildon Hills are just visible behind the flowering apple trees.

The Granary

Sleeps 4. First floor level. Unsuitable for disabled
