These three holiday cottages available for self-catering weekly rental are in the heart of Glenferness Estate, 15 miles east of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.

The cottages are approached down a one mile private drive through heather and blaeberry and a very old scots pine woods, eventually arriving at the main house which is surrounded by many beautiful trees and lawns.

The cottages are near to the main house but completely detached, and are within a short walk of spectacular wooded gorges through which the River Findhorn crashes and tumbles (photograph right). All around are old woodlands, masses of wild flowers, and the flourishing flora and fauna of beech and pine highland ecology.

Activities include:
