The Old Mill which, until 1980 was in operation making Tartan cloth, is situated opposite open parkland which can be accessed across an iron bridge close by. It is within walking distance of the railway station and shops. Excellent road and rail links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth in the very heart of Scotland. Edinburgh Aiport 35 minutes away.

Local amenities include Golf Course, Tennis Club, supermarket. The beautiful surrounding countryside provides opportunities for walking, cycling and sightseeing being on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and close to Stirling with its magnificent Castle and Wallace Monument historic buildings.

The above prices include bedlinen, towels and heating. April-end September £20 worth of heating included, any further usage deducted from refundable deposit of £100 per week payable on booking. October-end March prices exclude heat, light. Wireless Broadband is included in all prices.

Right; The private swimming pool is available for guests between 7am and 10pm.
